Good to know
This home is over 1200 square feet and features a full kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and multiple other appliances), washer/dryer, large back yard, in a very nice and safe neighborhood. The house features YouTube TV and WiFi. We also have an attached garage if you'd like to keep your vehicle under a roof. We have a small patio in the back yard with a BBQ and some patio furniture. The views of the reservoir as you drive in are spectacular. Our goal is to offer you every amenity stated in our listing. That being said, sometimes things break and some amenities may not be available for part or even all of your stay & are typically not reimburse able. If you notice a problem, we trust you will bring it to our attention right away. If we know of an issue we will fix it ahead of your stay or notify you. We do our best to proactively care for the home and provide weekly maintenance to make sure everything is ready and in good working order for your stay. This is our 7th year as super hosts and we go above and beyond to help with any issue brought to our attention. We are here to make sure you and the house are cared for.

There are often deer along the Golden Plains, and they are just beautiful. It's also close to the mountains so you'll see the most gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. There are also multiple shopping centers & dining available nearby. There are multiple parks, and there is even a disc golf course nearby.
