This was our 2nd spring break in a row staying here! It is our go to spot when we come to COS for a visit! Shelly and co-hosts are very responsive and helpful with all questions and concerns. Plenty of grocers, retail and things to do near by. Can’t wait for next year! We will be back!!

Shelly’s place was the perfect accommodation for our group while we were in Colorado Springs for spring break. Don’t hesitate to book this place. The house has so much space to gather and relax after a tiring , adventurous day and has a beautiful backyard view as well. Can’t be beat! Thank you for a very comfortable stay!

What a beautiful adventure this cabin in the woods was. It truly felt as if this place already knew me and everything I might need. The thoughtful details stood out—many of the books were ones I’ve read or have been wanting to read, which made it feel even more aligned and special. The games kept my children happily entertained for hours, giving us all space to relax and enjoy the experience. One of my favorite moments was walking out to see a family of deer in the yard—I sat and watched them graze for nearly an hour. It was incredibly serene. This chalet is peaceful, inviting, and full of quiet magic. We left feeling restored and already know—we will be back.

We had a great first time at Shelly’s air bnb, it was close to a lot grocery stores , restaurants, and attractions. And the home is very beautiful and well equipped with everything one needs, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would gladly stay here again in the future!

We had a great stay in Palmer Lake. close location to activities and Colorado Springs/other towns but quiet and less crowded location. We would definitely book again if returning to the area.

We loved our stay at Shelly’s lovely barndo. It’s decorated beautifully and has everything you need. The views from the home are wonderful. It’s quiet and peaceful—far enough away from the bustle of the city but convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. My favorite spot in the home is the cozy reading nook that overlooks the horses in the field. I highly recommend staying here.

The home was very welcoming. The kitchen was stocked superbly with all the pots, pans, utensils and dishes needed to feed my family. There were plenty of towels and the bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. The enclosed back yard was a great area for my granddaughter to run around in. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone staying in Colorado Springs.

This place is truly a gem! The location is unmatched with pine trees surrounding the entire property, with a robust backyard space equipped with a playground, swing, and a trampoline! The space was incredibly clean and comfortable for a good nights sleep after hiking all day!Shelly was extremely responsive and helpful with communication and another inquiry we had! Would absolutely recommend this space and come back!

By far one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed in. Centrally located, in a beautiful neighborhood, deer in the yard every morning…. Can’t say enough great things! The house is extremely nice inside and very comfortable. We will seek out Shelly’s home every time we visit Colorado Springs.
