Good to know
We are located in an apartment neighborhood with great views, neighboring houses, a local golf course and Palmer Park which boasts some of the greatest mountain biking trails in CO. We are next to some of the best shopping in Co Springs along the Powers corridor. This is the upper left unit of our four plex. The unit will be private to you, including the two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. The laundry facilities are open to all guests/tenants (coin-operated). The parking lot is sufficient for guests to bring up to two cars. You may park in our gravel lot or carport. We hope it is the perfect home base for your adventures in Colorado Springs.
