Escape to the beautiful, tranquil mountain town of Woodland Park and unplug from the stresses of everyday life. Our garden level, two-bedroom, one-bath condo is 900 sq. ft, has been beautifully remodeled, and boasts two bedrooms. It has LVP, a bar-top dining area, new stainless steel appliances, a composite granite sink, full kitchen amenities, a smart TV, WiFi, sleeper sofa, and offers stunning views of Pike’s Peak. If you are lucky, you’ll spot one of the herds of deer that frequent the area.

The Deer Lookout is uniquely situated to allow for beautiful views of Pike's Peak. Each room of our lower level condo has been intentionally designed and our goal as your host is to create a space that will allow you to unplug and relax from the burdens of everyday life while still facilitating a space that feels as comfortable as your home. Our goal is to offer you every amenity stated in our listing. That being said, sometimes things break and some amenities may not be available for part or even all of your stay & are typically not reimburse able. If you notice a problem, we trust you will bring it to our attention right away. If we know of an issue we will fix it ahead of your stay or notify you. We do our best to proactively care for the home and provide weekly maintenance to make sure everything is ready and in good working order for your stay. This is our 7th year as super hosts and we go above and beyond to help with any issue brought to our attention. We are here to make sure you and the house are cared for.

If shops and restaurants aren't what you are looking for, The Deer Lookout is a mere 15 minutes from Rainbow Gulch (a hidden gem in CO) 20 minutes from Catamount, and 30 minutes to Eleven Mile Canyon. If you have kiddos, delight them in the joy of the Santa's Workshop at the North Pole just 15 minutes away.
