Our upper level, two-bedroom, one-bath condo is 900 sq. ft, has been beautifully remodeled, and boasts two bedrooms. It has LVP, a bar-top dining area, stainless steel appliances, granite and quarts counters, full kitchen amenities, a smart TV, WiFi, sleeper sofa, and offers stunning views of Pike’s Peak. If you are lucky, you’ll spot one of the herds of deer that frequent the area.

Glimmering Aspen is a stunning newly remodeled, two bedroom unit that also offers a pullout couch. This beautiful unit features stunning granite and quartz countertops, unique lighting features and a private porch which opens up to stunning views of Pikes Peak. Our goal is to offer you every amenity stated in our listing. That being said, sometimes things break and some amenities may not be available for part or even all of your stay & are typically not reimburse able. If you notice a problem, we trust you will bring it to our attention right away. If we know of an issue we will fix it ahead of your stay or notify you. We do our best to proactively care for the home and provide weekly maintenance to make sure everything is ready and in good working order for your stay. This is our 7th year as super hosts and we go above and beyond to help with any issue brought to our attention. We are here to make sure you and the house are cared for.
