Beautiful setting for our friend getaway. Perfect layout with split bedrooms, large bathrooms and comfortable beds. Felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, yet town was just down the road. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed, including a crockpot and a tea kettle. Host Shelly was very accommodating and most flexible with us as we had to change our dates twice due to weather on our end. Definitely recommend when staying in the Colorado Springs area.

The care and quality invested in this property are obvious. This facility is among the top 3/50 airbnb stays for us. The build is beautiful and feels luxurious. The space is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. There are comfortable seating options throughout; all the furniture is quality. This would be a wonderful home for a cousins gathering (fun sleeping quarters for children and outdoor play equipment). We would definitely stay again.

First of all, thank you so much for allowing me and my friends to stay in your home for our ski trip to celebrate my birthday. We truly had an amazing experience and had everything we needed, including rags, towels, and other essentials. The host communicated quickly and clearly, and even sent us an itinerary of activities we could do while visiting, which was super helpful and thoughtful , honestly made everything so easy. The house was very clean, super nice, and honestly looked even better in person — a solid 10/10. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we weren’t bothered at all, which I really appreciated based on past experiences. We were especially excited to see snow for the first time. We didn’t see any when we first landed, which was a little disappointing, but once we arrived at the Airbnb and saw the snow, it completely made up for it — another 10/10 experience. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

This place was literally amazing ! If you are planning to come here, especially winter time. DO IT ! My wife and I loved it entirely. The details in the house and all the extra amenities provided to us in the house were much appreciated. It was our first time coming to Colorado and honestly it was probably the best choice we could’ve picked to stay at. Location was prime as it had major cities not too far away. Neighborhood is stunning and the home itself is just beautiful. Please don’t hesitate to book this place if you want to experience Colorado

This space was so cozy and conveniently located. The Black Forest community is so sweet. As a traveling chef, I love to find local gems and there are so many. The Farm Store and Rise N Shine are highly recommended.

This place was perfect for our family trip, it had everything we needed. The house was beautiful and clean with breathtaking views and the location was perfect. Our host Shelly was very responsive and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our 3-night stay. Comfortable and cozy. Has all the things to make you feel at home. Loved a full kitchen as we prepared most of our meals at the house. We walked to a couple places nearby for ice cream one night and for breakfast. Shelly was super responsive - quick with replies and a willingness to get us what we needed. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in the beautiful Palmer Lake area.

This home was perfect for our family. It was quiet, relaxing, and so refreshing to be surrounded by nature. We felt right at home, and had everything we needed and more. Shelly’s home was even more beautiful than pictured, very clean, and well stocked. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful escape!

We loved our stay! Home was just as described, tons of space filled with everything you may need. Beautiful scenery and the hot tub was the kicker! Shelly was quick to respond and offered plenty of suggestions. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back
